Executive Coaching Programs
We offer comprehensive Executive Coaching engagements in the form of:
Assimilation – A Leader is new to the company or new to a role that has greater scope/scale, unique challenges or where the stakes are generally high.
Pre–Coaching Program (Coaching Readiness) – For Leaders who may not be ready to fully participate in a coaching engagement and accept feedback. The process is typically implemented prior to a structured coaching program to increase the likelihood the Leader will be able to convert the feedback into action and assure they are ready for coaching.
High Potential Development – For those identified as part of a succession plan and will benefit from developing higher levels of emotional intelligence relative to their strengths and developmental opportunities. Coaches to the organization’s goals for high potentials.
Manager as Coach Learning Series® – MACLS transforms participants into coaches. Using adult learning principles, MACLS provides practical knowledge and essential resources to improve both individual and organizational performances. Structured and succinct experiential sessions, delivered over a span of time, allow participants to transfer learning into practice.
Targeted Leadership Performance Improvement – In situations where a Leader has behavioral “blind spots” or specific developmental needs that are impacting their current effectiveness or ability to grow into a role with greater responsibility.
This program teaches new behavioral, leadership or managerial skills. The selection is based on key roles within your company. This program allows Executives to quickly reach their full potential and overcome any barriers that have been inhibiting growth.
Leadership Team Coaching – Our program focuses on identifying strategic corporate goals, Defining clarity of purpose, setting and then meeting mutual expectations and accountability. Executive Team Coaching is critical for improving leadership team functions at any level.
Executive and C-Suite Coaching – Designed to help companies and their leaders maximize business performance by developing leadership skills that are matched to the changing needs of the organization, role, and situation.
