Phase #1: Aligning Expectations

PURPOSE
Building the foundation that will support the success of the coaching engagement.

PROCESS
Stakeholder discussions to determine:

  • Objectives & expectations
  • Roles & responsibilities
  • Data Collection Options

OUTCOMES
Clear & realistic expectations regarding the coaching process and action plan.

Phase #2: Assessments & Feedback

PURPOSE
Assessing leadership impact, strengths, weaknesses, and gaps to determine 
areas of focus.

PROCESS
Assessments are administered; 1-on-1 feedback provided to help coachee align goals and interpret results.

OUTCOMES
A current profile is developed and a foundation is established for coachee’s roadmap for success.

Phase #3: Action Planning & Stakeholder Engagement

PURPOSE
Detailed action plan agreed to by all parties to increase overall leadership effectiveness and gaining support from stakeholders.

PROCESS
Process for development is mapped, including benchmarks to measure progress, feedback provided to Stakeholders, gaining agreement on developmental priorities.

OUTCOMES

  • Agreement on the plan, measures, and followup
  • development of important mentoring relationships
  • A customized action/development plan
  • New Behaviors identified
  • New Tools & Resources
Phase #4: Reinforcement

PURPOSE
Successfully implement development plan by practicing new behaviors and troubleshooting obstacles. Review Goals and measure outcomes to sustain progress and strengthen key relationships.

PROCESS

  • One on one coaching between 
    executive and coach
  • Outcomes are measured through follow-up interviews or 360 assessment

OUTCOMES
Measured progress in selected developmental areas and action plan for ongoing career development is implemented assuring continued results.

After collaborating with both the executive and key stakeholders to establish goals, priorities, and measures of success, our executive coach works to enhance the capabilities of leaders to create a competitive advantage. Coaches work one on one with executives to:
